We proudly promote & practice a lifestyle that embraces our natural right to be abundantly healthy, joyful and free.

Our menus & products, guidance and Love have been created in order to spread a sense of well-being, sanity, and happiness throughout our world. LifeFood Chef - John Schott

Ever since his conception, as a growing boy in a third world Colombia, and now as a young adult, John Schott has always known intuitively that his mission has always been "simply to love" and help humanity overcome its perils. As a vibrant and upcoming entrepreneur, John has learned the value of excellence, hard work, and a high level of ethics and credibility in an ever growing field of health and nutrition. It has therefore led him to an incredibly blessed position and direction toward fulfilling his destiny. John has evolved into being one of America's most gifted and creative Lifefood chefs. His cuisine not only exemplifies the standard of Lifefood & Optimal nutrition & health, but it also embodies a unique voice in the gourmet culinary establishment. His dishes are known to tantalize the palate and impress even the most avid of food connoisseurs.

John has a degree in English from Florida International University and is continuously engulfed in massive amounts of self study. His "Wholistic" background & studies are marked by his certification as a Lifefood Chef & Phoenix Fastician from Dr. David Jubb PHD & Jubb's Longevity in New York City. He currently pursues his Certification as an Iridologist from The New York Center for Iridology scheduled to be completed in May of this year. Among his other upcoming projects are the publishing of a recipe & Lifefood Nutrition manual, video teachings & kitchen apprentice programs. He is also currently working on creating a food establishment and community center in Miami, Fl geared to support healing and a more open minded education.
